Parts Interpreter

ACL Workshop require an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our busy parts and service business in our Ashburton workshop to help us meet the demands of our expanding business. We offer genuine parts and accessories to suit Isuzu & Scania trucks with a full range of after-market parts and accessories to suit most other makes and models.

Customer service is the key to this role, you will display the dedication, work ethic and attention to detail that is required for this type of position.

The role will be working with both internal and external customers and involve parts interpretation, ordering and supplying of parts including stores management. This is a fulltime position hours Monday to Friday and rostered Saturdays as required.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you'll be responsible for maximising parts sales and delivering excellent service to our customers.

You will need to possess the following Key Attributes:
  • Heavy Transport or Automotive background in a parts or workshop environment desirable
  • Full Drivers licence
  • Forklift licence or experience in operating one
  • High Level of Customer Service
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills
  • The ability to work well within a team environment
