What You Will Be Doing:
- Read and interpret plans.
- Development and compliance of site policies and procedures.
- Manage staff
- Employee training and task allocation.
- Effective team communication
- Identify and solve construction-related problems or challenges during the project.
- Effectively communicate with clients, contractors.
- Observe health and safety protocols on-site.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentice carpenters.
What Is Required Of You:
- Previous experience in carpentry.
- Full set of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret plans.
- Strong commitment to health and safety.
- Awareness of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Class 1 driver's license and reliable transport.
- Valid Site Safe - we can assist with this.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
