We're on the hunt for skilled Civil Workers to join major infrastructure projects in Marlborough! You'll be working on retaining walls, soil anchors, I-beams, and piling - ideal for those confident across all areas of civil construction. If you've got a strong safety mindset and enjoy working in remote areas, this is the opportunity for you.
You'll also chip in wherever needed onsite, helping to deliver top-quality work with a great crew.
Wages: $35.00 - $40.00 based on experienceLocation: Marlborough
What's In It For You:
- $65 per day meal allowance!
- Accommodation provided while on roster!
- 4 hours paid travel each way to and from Marlborough!
- Week 1: Monday to Saturday (full days)
- Week 2: Monday to Friday (half day + travel home)
- Home every 2nd weekend!

What You Will Be Doing:
- Building retaining walls and installing anchors
- Driving and placing I-beams
- Piling and ground preparation
- Operating wheels, tracks, and rollers
- Assisting across the site as needed
- Maintaining high safety standards in remote areas
What We Require:
- Proven experience across all areas of civil construction
- MUST have WTR endorsement (Wheels, Tracks, Rollers)
- Strong health and safety knowledge, especially for remote work
- Physically fit, reliable, and a great team player
- Willingness to work away from home
- Ability to work safely with minimal supervision
- Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe - we can assist with this.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
