Receptionist / Administrator
They are seeking a friendly, proactive, quick-thinking Receptionist / Administrator who is a highly capable individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being the go-to person in the office.
About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients while providing essential administrative support to their accounting team.
Responsibilities include:- Front desk reception – welcoming clients and visitors
- Managing incoming calls and email enquiries
- General clerical and office administration
- Data entry and preparation of client documentation
- Providing administrative support to a busy accounting team
About You
You are organised, dependable, and bring a professional yet friendly approach to everything you do. You learn quickly, take initiative, and enjoy working across both digital systems and manual processes.
You will have:- A friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- Confidence in communication (written and verbal)
- Solid Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Great attention to detail with an analytical mindset
- Confidence in learning and adapting to new systems
- Previous administration or reception experience (preferred)
- Initiative that sets you apart
