About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing, values-led manufacturing business with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. With a modern facility based in Pokeno, they are undergoing a major digital transformation and are now seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Business Central to support their ERP journey.
About the Role
This is a key role supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) across supply chain and operations functions.You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the ERP system delivers long-term value and supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Business Central ERP
- Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis
- Support system design, configuration, testing, and training
- Act as the subject matter expert across supply chain functions
- Drive continuous improvement and post-implementation support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
- 3+ years’ experience as a Business Central Business Analyst
- Proven ERP implementation experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and master data management
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Be part of a high-impact ERP transformation project
