**The Role | Mo tenei turanga mahi**
Our casual roles cover leave for permanent Support Workers in our bespoke service based in Miramar, supporting three guests on their own unique journeys. One of our guests requires specialised care due to complex physical and mental health needs, including wheelchair utilization and manual handling equipment.

**We currently have a need to fill the below shifts. Please note that the hours of work are not regular and are offered when they become available.**
Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
Friday to Monday 7:00 am to 3:30pm
**You | Mou:**- A current full New Zealand driver's licence
- A current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one
- Hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) Level 4 or a recognised equivalent or be currently studying towards this qualification or a recognised equivalent. - Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills with a non-judgmental attitude
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Understanding of recovery-oriented practice and person-centred approaches
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and a proactive, solution-focused attitude
