Manager/Team Leader

As a team leader, you will lead the team, giving great customer service and delivering the very best standards. Ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader- but it you haven't got that, don't worry, we'd still love to hear from you.

• Hosting and delivering parties.
• Lead, direct and motivate the crew members to ensure a quality service delivery.
• Maintain a high profile throughout the facility and respond positvely to customer needs, expectations and comments.
• Ensuring the site is safe and secure, putting Health & Safety of colleagues and customers at the forefront of what you do.
• Pre-empting any problems and taking ownership to resolve problems and empower the team to do the same.
• Opening and Closing the park, undertake cash and transaction reconcillation and ensure cash security is maintained and financial procedures are complied with when required.
• Making sure your team follow and comply standard work and processes across all areas of the business.
• Being fully hands on with the day to day running of the park.

• Barista experience very desirable but not compulsory.
