Office Manager

Join a fast-growing plumbing and drainage company supporting projects across residential, commercial, and civil sites.We’re looking for a proactive and organised Office Admin Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, keep the office running smoothly, and provide vital support to our field teams.
What the job involves:
Managing scheduling, job bookings, and coordinating with field crews
Handling customer enquiries, emails, and phone calls professionally
Maintaining accurate records, timesheets, and invoicing in our systems
Assisting with HR and compliance tasks, including onboarding and documentation
Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers when required
Supporting the directors with reporting and general administration
What we’re looking for:
Previous office management or senior admin experience (trade/construction industry preferred but not essential)
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
Competent with job management/accounting software (training provided)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
Reliable, trustworthy, and eager to be part of a growing business
