services across Hamilton. We are looking for a Courier Van Driver to join our team and play a keyrole in ensuring parcels, documents, and goods are delivered safely and on time.
This is a genuine, permanent position that is critical to the daily operations of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Drive a company van to complete daily delivery runs across Hamilton.
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload parcels, goods, and documents.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records, including electronic proof of delivery.
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Follow road rules, company policies, and health & safety requirements.
- A valid driver licence (minimum Class 1).
- At least 1 year of experience as a courier or delivery driver.
- Strong knowledge of NZ road rules and safe driving practices.
- Ability to use GPS systems, scanners, and delivery technology.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift/carry parcels of varying weights.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- A Dangerous Goods certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
