• Supervising day-to-day construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinating and managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety on-site.
• Monitoring project progress and reporting to project managers.
• Managing resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.
• Resolving any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Maintaining quality standards and ensuring all work meets project specifications.

Skills and Experience

• A diploma in Construction Management or a minimum of 2 years of recent relevant experience in a similar field.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
• Strong planning and time management capabilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, contractors, and team members.

• Competitive hourly rate of $30.00–$38.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
