We’re looking for a skilled Working Civil Foreman to lead on-site delivery of civil projects.
You’ll be responsible for running daily site operations safely, efficiently, and to spec.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes full ownership of their site.
Key Responsibilities- Lead site teams and daily operations
- Read plans, set out works, and ensure levels/specs are met
- Operate machinery and oversee prestart checks
- Run daily prestart meetings and maintain JSA/Hazard IDs
- Record daily site data (plant, labour, materials, delays)
- Report incidents and maintain strong communication with Operations Manager
- Manage materials, fuel, and site resources proactively
- Uphold high safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman
- Competent with site setup, plant, and crew leadership
- Strong understanding of safety, setout, and civil methods
- Confident operating various machinery (tickets preferred, WTR, Class 2 and above etc)
- Reliable, hands-on, and solutions-focused
