• Manage the kitchen as directed by the management, ensuring smooth operations.
• Prepare and cook curry and tandoori food by following recipes and using professional judgment.
• Follow hygiene standards and maintain food safety.
• Maintain freshness and presentation of food, contributing to the creation of menu items.
• Comply with kitchen safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all kitchen staff.
• Adhere to all safety protocols in food handling, preparation, and storage, following industry standards.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper functioning of all tools.
• Ensure cleanliness of the workspace.
• Manage inventory and storage, ensuring food meets production needs, including handling, preserving,

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Plan and design menus and catering services.

• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Hardworking and reliable with flexibility to work.
• Experience in North Indian dishes and a good hand on tandoor and curry section.
• Experience in Indo-Chinese cuisine.
