Delivery Driver (Class 2) FT Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Delivery Driver to join our Taupo based team on a full-time permanent basis delivering goods to our valued customers within assigned routes across South Waikato / Central North Island according to time frames.

This position is required to work across weekends and public holidays. You MUST be able to pass pre-employment and D&A tests, reference and criminal history checks. IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED! Starting rate based on experience.

• Demonstrate excellent Time Management
• Maintain and safely operate Class 2 (manual transmission) vehicle
• Reliable, energetic, physically fit, positive attitude, able to repetitively lift heavy goods (up to 20kg)
• Hold a Full Class 2 NZ Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
• Work effectively both within a team and autonomously
• Demonstrate excellent customer service
• Be well presented and professional at all times
• Cope well under pressure and have a strong work ethic
• Comply with all Health & Safety practices and transport legislation requirements
• Demonstrate exceptional H&S practices
• Demonstrate a strong command of English / numeracy / literacy

• As set by roster including weekends and public holidays - EARLY start (between 12am-2am) / EARLY finish (8am-10am). Minimum 40 hrs per week.
• MUST have NZ residency or a current valid NZ work visa, mobile phone and reliable transport.
