Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Arum restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Persian cuisine, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of managing successful restaurants.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitabilityTrain and mentor staff to ensure consistent quality of service
Create and manage budgets, financial reports, and other administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications: Knowledge of Persian cuisine and food industry trends
Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and proceduresExperience in budgeting and financial reporting
Strong customer service skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Working Hours: 30-60 hours per week, flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Hourly Wage: $32 - $35 per hour, depending on experience
