Our team is passionate about ensuring every customer's experience is smooth and enjoyable.Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Representative to join our service department. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in managing service bookings and ensuring clear and positive communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle all incoming service calls and inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Manage booking schedules for service appointments.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery dates and service updates.
- Follow up on quotes and ensure they are signed off by the client.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar front desk role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computer systems and booking software,we currently use mechanic desk .
