The Workforce Analyst ensures planned rosters meet forecasted call demand and District operational requirements.Utilising Daily Coverage to meet established business rules, employment agreements and HR policies relating to hours of work, breaks etc.
As a Workforce Analyst you will manage any day-to-day variations in the roster as a result of unscheduled absences from duty, negotiated changes of duty, leave requirements, or other operational contingencies to ensure that the roster remains accurate and effective in meeting the workload demands on the District.
The Workforce Analyst will liaise with key stakeholders to build trust and confidence in Workforce Management.
Key Accountabilities: Effectively manage competing priorities and demands and maintain quality of work under strict timeframes.
Develop and maintain positive relationships.Manage multiple demands.
Lead by example with a committed, positive attitude towards teamwork and professional development.
