Our client is on the look-out for an experienced Sales Lead Coordinator with a minimum of 2+ year's experience to join their friendly and positive organisation based in Mt Wellington.

If you have experience working in a fast paced Sales Lead Coordination role we might just have the perfect role for you.

Hours for our role are between 8.00am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. and all hours are required to be worked at the office.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring sales leads from websites, marketing campaigns incl email marketing and events.
  • Ensuring all leads are captured, categorised and updated in the CRM system.
  • Assign leads to the appropriate business teams based on category, product like and location.
  • Track and follow up on leads
  • Prepare reports for Business Managers and the Communications Manager.
  • Attend meetings with marketing agencies

Qualifications and skills required:

  • 2+ years in lead management, CRM coordination or a marketing support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Be familiar with CRM packages such as Salesforce, SAP or MS Dynamics
  • Have an understanding of digital marketing or sales pipeline metrics
  • Assisting the Communications Manager with other tasks as required.
  • Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
  • Top Initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Be proactive and enjoy being creative
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
