Part Time Retail Sales Assistant - Wellington
An exciting opportunity to join Seed Heritage as we continue to grow and expand our retail network. We are looking for a Sales Assistant at ourLambton Quay Concept Store, who is passionate about connecting with customers by offering a one-of-a-kind retail experience.
Work with a welcoming team to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

THE ROLE:
- Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction
- Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning
- Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system.
- Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators
- Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Experience in a similar fashion retail role with a strong sense of personal style.
- Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sale system
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
- A genuine alignment with our values and desire to be part of Seed Heritage.
- Ability to work on a Sunday - Wednesday roster
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
