Store Manager

Your key duties will include:
- Ensuring customer service is maintained at a high level
- Ensuring health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to
- Taking customer orders
- Ensure food is being prepared and cooked to set company specifications
- Plan budgets and rosters
- Manage frontline and kitchen staff
- Plan menus with cooks or chefs
- Marketing and promotion of the restaurant
- Hire, train and supervise staff
- Resolve customer complaints
- Onboard customers for catering events
- At least minimum 2- 3 years of relevant supervisory/management experience in hospitality industry
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to work till late evenings
- No criminal history
- Must have valid New Zealand full drivers licence
