The role of Stainless Steel Polisher is a permanent full-time role based in Hamilton for a minimum of 40 hours per week comes with the opportunity of overtime hours paid at time and half; while not guaranteed are generally available and can be worked during the week or at times on Saturday mornings.Allowances for PPE are also paid.
The successful applicant will:
- Have 3 years’ polishing experience working in a workshop environment, polishing stainless steel to dairy industry standards
- Be able to work to a high standard of finish and have a keen eye for detail
- Have a strong work ethic
- Have a problem-solving mind-set
- Enjoy being part of a team.
What we’ll need you to do:
- Operate workshop equipment including but not limited to, handheld grinders, and polishers, metal finishing machinery and equipment
- Demonstrate a high level of metal polishing and finishing skill, with attention to detail, accuracy, and appearance
