This permanent full-time role based in Hamilton for a minimum of 40 hours per week comes with the opportunity of overtime hours paid at time and half; while not guaranteed are generally available and can be worked during the week or at times on Saturday mornings.

The role of Stainless Steel Polisher is a permanent full-time role based in Hamilton for a minimum of 40 hours per week comes with the opportunity of overtime hours paid at time and half; while not guaranteed are generally available and can be worked during the week or at times on Saturday mornings.

Allowances for PPE are also paid.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have 3 years’ polishing experience working in a workshop environment, polishing stainless steel to dairy industry standards
  • Be able to work to a high standard of finish and have a keen eye for detail
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Have a problem-solving mind-set
  • Enjoy being part of a team.

What we’ll need you to do:

  • Operate workshop equipment including but not limited to, handheld grinders, and polishers, metal finishing machinery and equipment
  • Demonstrate a high level of metal polishing and finishing skill, with attention to detail, accuracy, and appearance
