- About the roleWe're looking for a results-focused Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth and external engagement for the Waikato Management School's MBA and Executive Education portfolio.You will: identify and build strategic partnershipsspearhead market-responsive initiativesdevelop innovative marketing strategies.Your work will directly expand our revenue streams and enhance our reputation across business, government, iwi, and global networks.Salary will be based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position.

- Who are you?You will be a confident business development professional with:a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education or a closely related field, or equivalent experienceat least five years' experience in business development, ideally within tertiary education, executive learning, or organisational developmenta strong record of revenue generation, partnership management and innovative market engagementexcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsstrategic thinking, commercial acumen and the drive to deliver measurable outcomesunderstanding of and respect for Māori and Pacific cultures, and a commitment to the University's partnership with Māori as intended by the Treaty of Waitangi.Don't meet every single requirement?Research shows that some people are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every qualification.
