As we continue to expand our national footprint, we’re looking for a proactive and driven Business Development & Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue.
Role Overview:This role is hands-on and relationship-focused. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for managing sales, building partnerships with distributors across the country, and engaging with their sales teams to promote our products and drive volume.

Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth across all product lines by managing and growing distributor and retail accounts nationwide.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners and their sales representatives to ensure alignment on goals, product positioning, and promotions.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential gaps in market coverage; work with distributors to close these gaps.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production & management) to support sales strategies and ensure product availability and visibility.
- Conduct regular distributor meetings, joint customer calls, and product training sessions with distributor reps.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends; provide insights and feedback to inform pricing, forecasting, and product development.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and regional distributor meetings.
- Affinity for premium brand storytelling and execution.
- Proven track record in negotiation, securing new business, and building high-value partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen: confident with building deals, margin analysis, pricing strategy, and performance evaluation.
- Ability to influence distributor teams and senior stakeholders to drive aligned outcomes.
- Passion for network-building and identifying opportunities that align with our values and market positioning.
- Experience delivering engaging training and product education sessions.
- Collaborative team player who also thrives independently and contributes valuable insights to group strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in the food & beverage or FMCG sectors.
- Strong understanding of distributor and B2B sales dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
- Ability to travel nationally as needed.
