A successful candidate will have toOverseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure a smooth flow
Recruiting, hiring, and training new employees. Also, ensure employees are meeting the restaurant's expectations.
Ensuring high standards of customer service by training staff and ensuring they understand the importance of providing exceptional service
Ensuring the restaurant adheres to health and safety regulations, including food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety.
Serving as a leader for the team, be responsible for morale, communication, and group culture.
The ideal candidate willHaving management experience minimum 6 months in a similar-style restaurant
Having sales and excellent customer service skills.
Having the ability to recruit, train, and motivate team members.
Chinese Cuisine Knowledge is a plus
Medium level or above of wine and spirits knowledge is a plus
This is a full-time, permanent position and we are looking for a person who can commit long-term. Starting at $30/hour, plus staff perks.All leave entitlements are as per New Zealand legislation.
