Middle Hills Contracts Ltd is currently seeking an experienced and talented mechanic to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for constructing, maintaining and repairing all machinery and vehicles in our fleet. We operate a verity of machinery from John Deere tractors, Claas Forage and Combine harvesters, Kenworth, Western star, Scania, and Hino trucks that do a wide range of transport operations.
Your duties will include monitoring parts inventory, general servicing, maintenance and assembling machinery.
Responsibilities:- Conduct regular scheduled maintenance on our Trucking, Tractor fleet and agriculture equipment.
- Meet with the workshop manager and management to better understand concerns and identify issues.
- Assemble mechanical components according to specifications.
- Maintain worklogs, repairs and maintenance records.
- Offer consultation on maintenance and preventative procedures.
- Be able to communicate excellently with management, the workshop manager, and operators.
