- Deliver top-quality food with care, passion and precision

- Run a clean, safe, and well-prepped section
- Support service delivery through good communication and teamwork

- Have previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Hungry – for work, for success and to keep learning
- Are passionate about food and always keen to learn more
- Show up on time, ready to go, and with a “let’s do it” attitude
- An understanding of the importance of our Food Control Plan (experience with Safe Food Pro is a plus)
- Organisational qualities - mature, professional and uses initiative
- You want to be part of a kitchen crew that backs each other and gets the job done well
- NCEA Level 1 (essential, if a NZ resident)
- 2 years+ of relevant work experience in a commercial kitchen (essential)
- Fluent English (essential)
- Hospitality or Tourism related qualifications (preferable)
- New Zealand Certificate in Cookery - Level 3 and 4 (preferable, if a NZ resident)
