Qualified Carpenters/Foreman & Apprentices - Queenstown

Brownie Construction services Queenstown, Wanaka and Cromwell. Our staff have a wide range of experienced builds from renovations, architectural new builds, and commercial construction.

We are looking for experienced builders as well as building apprentices to join our team in Queenstown working on various building projects.

• Understand and apply quality control techniques
• Use carpentry tools and equipment, as well as handling carpentry materials
• Exercises good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Performs incidental work of a trades or non-trades nature to facilitate the completion of the whole task.
• Is able to inspect products and/or materials for conformity with established operational standards.
• Performs work under limited supervision either individually or in a team environment.
• Apply workplace health and safety requirements, policies and procedures in the construction industry.

The apprentice position will suit someone that is keen to learn from an experienced team and work their way through to being a fully qualified carpenter with dedication, hard work and supported training.
