Office Administrator

We're looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-focused **Office Administrator** based in Mount?Maunganui to support our client's day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and possesses strong technical and administrative skills.

The role starts in early 2026.

• Accurate and efficient **data entry** across multiple systems
• General **secretarial duties**, including correspondence, filing, scheduling, and office coordination
• Basic **accounting tasks**, including invoicing, reconciliations, and assisting with accounts payable/receivable
• Confident use of **Infusion software** for processing, reporting, and customer/service administration
• Supporting management and team members with administrative needs
• Maintaining office supplies, documentation, and internal processes

• Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
• High attention to detail and strong time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Working knowledge of accounting processes
• Experience with **Infusion Business Software**
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer systems
