We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager at our venue and work in a motivated, professional, supportive team. As Food and Beverage Manager your responsible for overseeing the operations of restaurant, bar and kitchen.

As an F & B Manager your key responsibilities include: Overseeing all food and drink operations, including menu planning, inventory management and staff training to ensure quality and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities Operations management: Oversee all daily food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, catering and events.
Menu and purchasing: Plan and design attractive menus, forecast inventory needs, and order food and beverage supplies.
Staff management: Hire, train, schedule, and manage food and beverage staff.

Quality control: Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, while also monitoring inventory and minimizing waste.

  • Compliance: Ensure the establishment adheres to all health, safety, and food regulations. This is hands on knowledge and be able to work weekends including late shifts during the week and weekend
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service
  • Manage stock - being responsible for ordering, maintaining adequate stock levels,
  • Report to the General Manager and Owners with the day-to-day operational management of the business - including, staff training & development, quality control, managing functions & events, and general business oversight.
  • Train bar staff to the skill level required
  • Have outstanding general beverage knowledge This role will require someone with the skills to manage the bar/ restaurant independently
  • Requirements: This is a senior position and requires candidates to:
Have at least 3 years of Duty Managers' and 1 year F & B experience or a relevant qualification * Have excellent personal presentation
  • Have the willingness to work and lead from the front within the business
  • Have a passion for customer service
  • Have the ability to support kitchen staff and kitchen abilities
  • Have an active Duty Managers certificate
  • Have a good understanding of gaming legislation in a class 4 licence
