About the roleThese ward-based positions involve the care of medical oncology, radiation oncology and haematology patients receiving chemotherapy, supportive or radiation therapy.
Some of the key nursing tasks are: comprehensive patient assessment.
administration of chemotherapy and associated supportive therapies or procedures.symptom control and management.patient education.
psychosocial assessment and support.

Salary rangeThis role is covered by the terms and conditions of the expired NZNO CEA and the salary will be in accordance with the RN Pay Scale, between step 2 $81,683 and step 7 $106,739 p.a dependant on relevant experience.
