HVAC Electrician - Christchurch
We are seeking a well-rounded, qualified and certified Electrician & HVAC professional as an addition to our team.
Known for our quality of workmanship and high-performance culture, we need someone with the same attributes. This role is based in Christchurch but travels around Canterbury and Westcoast might be required at times.
The ideal candidates will have:- Relevant HVAC Trade Qualification or Trade experience
- Electrical qualification and current NZ license
- Residential/Commercial Heat Pump, Ducted System and Ventilation installation experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and all current regulatory and industry requirements
- Repairs & Maintenance of all types of HVAC and control systems.
- Experience in a client facing role and excellent interpersonal skills with staff and customers, at all levels
- Experience in measuring out an installation site
- An excellent level of communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills with staff and customers, at all levels
- Positive work attitude and the ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable, Good work ethic, strong problem solving skills and an eye for detail.
- Understanding of Health and Safety requirements.
- Full NZ drivers license
- Legal right to work in NZ
About the job role: If you are a qualified Electrician with HVAC experience, this is a great opportunity for you to join our growing team.
Your role will mainly be focused on residential installations, service works & maintenance of all types of residential air conditioning & ventilation systems.You may also be needed for Installations, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems and components in residential and commercial properties.
Certified service technicians with a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience required. This role is predominantly based from Christchurch CBD, you need to be comfortable working in a team and pay rate is dependent on experience
