We're on the hunt for a motivated and driven Property Investment Specialist to join our award-winning Harcourts Grenadier Rent Shop team. This is your chance to take on a pivotal role that blends business development, relationship management, and career growth - all in one!
This is a full time Monday - Friday role working a minimum 40 hours per week based in Christchurch.

As one of our Property Investment Specialists, you'll be leading the charge in expanding our presence across Canterbury. You'll build meaningful connections both in and outside of Harcourts Grenadier, drive growth in the Grenadier Rent Shop team, all while helping property investors unlock their potential.
What You'll Be Doing:- Prospecting for new business outside of Grenadier - talking to developers, investors, and those in the property industry
- Be proactive and communicate well
- Develop relationships and attend to requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Hitting KPI targets for prospecting phone calls (minimum of 50 per day)
- Maintaining and fostering relationships within Grenadier to encourage reciprocal business
- Attend office sales meetings and team inspections
- Attend Harcourts, Grenadier, and Office Events (including Christmas Party, Quarterly Awards, End of Year Awards)
- Carrying out rental appraisals both at properties and virtually as well as providing rental assessments on property listings
- Complete rental assessments on sales listings as per roster
- Assist with annual rental reviews as required in conjunction with Property Managers
- Guiding clients through the initial stages of their investment journey
- Establish their requirements to be passed over to the Property Managers
- Giving short presentations at meetings including by not limited to Grenadier sales meetings
- Attendance at weekly sales meetings on rotations
- Personal Development
- Attend bi-monthly BDM Growth Club Meetings
- Other tasks as required
- A background of at least 2 years' proven experience in sales roles
- A natural people person with energy, drive, and ambition.
- Self-motivated, confident, and not afraid to go after new opportunities.

- A base salary of $50-60k per annum, with an OTE of $100k (uncapped commission)
