Short Order Chef / Cook
Nelson
We are looking for an experienced cook/chef who has at least two years experience in a similar role.
Must be able to work weekends and nights. (25-30) hrs / wk.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in stock management and maintenance of food and equipmentTo ensure high quality food is consistently delivered to our customers
Be able to work in every area and aspect of the kitchen
Being a team player and good role model
Have knowledge of the food safety plan
Be skilled in taking orders and using Point Of Sales (the till)
The ideal person will be:
Some one who can maintain a high standard of cooking with the ability to work under pressureGood communication skills with both customers and staff
Be able to work at a high standard unsupervised
Trust worthy and honest
A positive, enthusiastic demeanour
