Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a dynamic team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of warehouse and transport operations. You will be responsible for streamlining processes and improving productivity, while also maintaining high standards of quality and service.
In this fast-paced environment, you will need to be adaptable and proactive, identifying issues before they arise and devising innovative solutions.
You’ll have end-to-end responsibility for people, safety, compliance, inventory, and performance, ensuring operations run efficiently and safely every day. If you are an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency and drive continuous improvement
- Lead warehouse, yard, and dispatch operations
- Manage and develop operational teams
- Ensure Health & Safety and MPI compliance
- Maintain inventory accuracy and service standards
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards in all operational activities.
- Proven operations or warehouse management experience
- Strong people leadership skills
- Logistics, FMCG, or distribution background
- MPI or regulated-environment experience desirable
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively in a dynamic environment.
This is a senior, hands on role with real ownership and impact.
