Full-Time | Join a Close-Knit, High-Performing Team

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Foreman to join our busy Albany workshop. This is a hands-on leadership role within a supportive, close-knit team, where your technical capability and people leadership will directly influence the quality of service our customers receive.

About the Role

As our Service Foreman, you will oversee day-to-day workshop operations while also providing leadership to our front-of-house Service Advisors. You will work closely with sales staff and management to ensure a smooth workflow and a consistently superior customer experience across the dealership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the workshop team and Service Advisors;
  • Carry out vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repairs;
  • Manage daily workflow, job allocation, and quality control;
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to technicians;
  • Oversee WoF inspections and ensure all compliance requirements are met;
  • Collaborate with sales staff and management to ensure clear communication and a unified customer experience;
  • Support continuous improvement in processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction; and
  • Maintain a safe, organised, and productive workshop environment
Skills & Experience Required
  • Qualified Mechanic (trade certified);
  • Current WoF Issuing Authority;
  • Proven staff management or team leadership experience;
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities;
  • Ability to lead both workshop and front-of-house staff;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities; and
  • A commitment to teamwork, safety, and high-quality outcomes.
