About the Company
Our client is a respected civil construction company delivering quality drainage and infrastructure projects across Canterbury. With a strong pipeline of work ahead, they’re now seeking an experienced Drainage Foreman to lead a small, skilled team on site.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for leading a crew of 4–5 on civil drainage projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The role is hands-on and suited to someone who takes pride in doing things right while keeping the team organised and motivated.
What We’re Looking For- Proven experience in civil drainage construction
- CCC authorised - preferred
- Certified Drainlayer – preferred
- Strong understanding of stormwater and sewer infrastructure
- Ability to read and work from plans
- Confident operating machinery (excavators, rollers, loaders, etc.)
- Great leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, motivated, and safety-focused
- Competitive pay package
