They are built on strong values and see their people as critical to the success of the business and performance on projects. Most of their projects are between the $5M - $40M contract value mark but with some exceptions.
They have plenty of progression opportunities and offer a dynamic and social culture to work within.
Due to strong growth and a secure pipeline, they are now looking to bring on an Intermediate/Senior QS.
Your role will largely involve job management, subcontractor management, budget/variation management, final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations. Also included is some estimating and tendering work.
This role would suit an applicant with at least 4-5+ years of commercial main contractor QS experience, including any design and build experience and with relevant tertiary qualifications. You are a natural communicator and build relationships at all levels with ease.You have strong negotiation kills and can read between the lines.
Salary $100K - $135K + subject to experience.
