Financial Accountant

Hybrid role 2 days WFH

The Role

You'll deliver high-quality financial and management reporting, support strategic planning, and provide expert financial advice. This is a hands-on role that liaises with senior stakeholders and external auditors.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare group financial statements and monthly management accounts
• Lead month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and tax calculations
• Liaise with auditors and ensure NZX and IFRS compliance
• Champion Finance Business Partnering across the business
• Contribute to internal controls, systems improvements, and compliance

Requirements:

• CA qualified with at least 5 years' experience
• Expertise in IFRS, management accounting, and taxation
• Proficiency with Power BI and Business Central preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
