Scaffolder

We are a busy scaffolding company based in Wellington. Due to continued growth, we are looking for Scaffolders from entry level and above, to work on Wellington based projects. We offer a great team environment, great hourly rate, safety footwear & company uniform.
Loading and unloading scaffolding materials, tools, and equipment and transporting them around building sites.
Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards
Lifting and Positioning sections of scaffolding
Erecting and dismantling scaffolding
Complete work in a timely manner.
Operate and care for construction equipment and machines
Help equipment operator, and other skilled labourers when necessary
Remove, fill, or compact earth
Follow instructions from supervisors
Assist co-workers
Fulfil other related tasks as requested by management or other department personnel
Attending on-site meetings as required.
Attending Supervisor`s meetings as and when required.
Early morning starts in addition to working outdoors in various weather conditions.
The main objective of the role is to assist scaffolders in their work. On-the-job training will be provided if required.
Benefits- Wages - $28-$33/hour
- Working Hours - Min 30 hrs/week
- Level 4- Trade Certificate or Diploma is required.
- OR at least two years of experience is required.
- Class 1 Driver's License or overseas equivalent is required.

• A minimum of “6 years-experience” in the scaffolding industry and experience as a supervisor is preferable.
