Building award winning and high-end Architectural homes that are often multi-story and/or built on challenging sites is a specialised area, and these projects form a large part of our business which has seen huge growth in recent years. Alongside building these new homes we also offer light commercial building services to the region that includes general building work and renovations.

Please note: this role is based in the Banks Peninsula/Akaroa region, to take advantage of several exciting current and upcoming residential builds we are managing in the area. Ideally you will be based in Akaroa, Little River, or the Banks Peninsula region and able to commute to the project/s taking place there.

You will have:

Outstanding Carpentry skills and a commitment to a top-quality finish
The appropriate trade qualifications
Ability to work autonomously within a highly motivated team
A sound working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
A can-do attitude and a love for Architecturally Designed homes
An ability to commit to out-of-town work would be advantageous
Good communication skills
Ability to work well with others as part of a wider team
Current drivers’ license
