We service and maintain a wide range of vehicles for both retail and commercial customers across the region.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Service Technician to join our busy workshop team. This is a hands-on role for a qualified automotive technician who takes pride in their work, has excellent diagnostic skills, and enjoys mentoring others.You’ll work on a variety of makes and models (with a focus on Mazda, Hyundai, and Isuzu), using the latest diagnostic equipment and technical resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out servicing, WOF, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Perform accurate diagnostics and fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, to high quality and safety standards
- Provide guidance and support to apprentice and junior technicians
- Work collaboratively with our wider teams to ensure great customer outcomes
- Qualified Automotive Technician (National Certificate in Automotive Engineering or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a mechanic, ideally in a dealership or similar environment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Current NZ driver’s licence (full)
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ideally WOF certified
