Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and grow the customer base.
- Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest vaping products, trends, and regulations to educate staff and customers.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock orders, and ensure product availability.
- Training and Development: Train new employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
- Reporting: Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for upper management.
Qualifications: Must have at least 2 years in general Customer Service or Retail, Business, Management or any Service sector
OrMust Have Minimum Level 4 or Level 5 or Level 6 or Level 7 or Level 8 or Level 9 Qualifications
- Must be able to work on Weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team.

This job is full time permanent 30 hours minimum and 40 hours maximum
