The Role

As anAssistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment that reflects the Kate Spade brand and delights every customer.

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and KPIs.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and brand experience.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members.

• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand guidelines.
