Duty Manager - Christchurch
We are looking for a reliable person prepared to work on the rostered hours of our seven-day operation. The job requires people who are friendly, customer focused and professional to join our high-performance team.
Job Description
Understanding the liquor licence law, selling and processing payments.Identifying and introducing new products in the store.
Provide and develop excellent customer service standards.
This is a full time position and must be prepared to work in the morning shifts, late evenings, weekends.
Qualifications & experience
Duty Manager Certificate required.Applicant with at least minimum 1 year work experience in a liquor retail industry.
Tasks & responsibilities
Customer Service, stocking shelves, cleaning stock delivery, filling fridges.Sound knowledge of products is required.
Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience in dealing with tough situations.
Heavy lifting involved.
Willing to work in to cover our shifts. You will need to have the flexibility to cover shifts throughout dayshift, evenings and some weekends.
