Accounts Administrator (Part Time)

We are a busy group of small companies looking for a part time Accounts Superstar to manage our Xero and Payroll needs across several organisations. Working across multiple companies makes the role varied and dynamic, with you having to be across all companies, all of the time.
ABOUT THE ROLE:You will be responsible for:
- Management of Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Bank reconciliation
- Credit Card reconciliation
- Payroll
- Xero
We have modern offices in Auckland's CBD. An on site parking spot will be available to you at no cost.
ABOUT YOU:- You are a busy person but with time each day to spend 4 hours in the office
- You posses a solid knowledge of accounting principles and accounting systems
- You have proven experience with both Xero and payroll systems
- You are a detail focussed person who strives to ensure accuracy
- You come with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Teams and Outlook
- You have impeccable references proving your trustworthiness and professionalism
The role is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10 am to 2pm (flexible) and is a permanent, part time position. There is opportunity for the role to grow in the future.
