Operations Manager
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily operations, support staff, coordinate projects, manage equipment, and help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support multiple crews
- Coordinate daily operations and scheduling
- Monitor productivity and job quality
- Oversee vehicles, machinery, and equipment
- Promote strong Health & Safety practices
- Work alongside crews when required
- Improve systems and operational efficiency
- Landscaping, horticulture, or property maintenance experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience managing teams and workloads
- Commercial machinery operating experience
- Full NZ Driver Licence
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety
- Landscaping or horticultural qualifications
- Class 2 Licence
- Growsafe, First Aid, or Chainsaw certifications
- Experience with job management software
- $35+ per hour, negotiable for the right candidate
