E-Commerce & Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee, optimise and coordinate the daily digital and physical operations of our growing vintage clothing business. The successful candidate will take responsibility for our supply chain, inventory systems, international supplier communications, and physical warehouse management.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:- Operations & E-Commerce Management: Direct and manage the day-to-day administrative, physical, and digital operations of the warehouse and Shopify platform.
- Inventory Control & SKU Systems: Implement, monitor, and oversee warehouse cataloging, garment measurement standards, and physical stock.
- Supply Chain & Global Logistics: Manage the dispatch, tracking, and fulfillment of high-volume online orders, ensuring maximum consistency and accuracy.
- International Supplier & Customer Relations: Lead and coordinate communications with international suppliers and global customers.
- Studio & Merchandising Oversight: Oversee product photography standards, web merchandising workflows, and listing accuracy on Shopify.
- Experience: 3 years of relevant operational management, e-commerce leadership, or senior warehouse supervisory experience.
- Technical Skills: Advanced, hands-on expertise with the Shopify platform, inventory databases, and product fulfillment systems.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong background in garment handling, vintage fashion tracking, and international logistics.
- Languages: Fluency in a European language (particularly French) is highly desirable to directly manage communications with our international suppliers and customer base.
