Property Maintenance Technician

Are you hands-on, solution-focused, and passionate about keeping properties in top condition? Cusack Partners is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our Property Services Team. This is an essential role ensuring the upkeep, safety, and presentation of our managed properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general property maintenance and repairs (interior & exterior)

Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance tasks

Respond to urgent repair requests assigned to you

Basic carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, and minor plumbing

Maintain accurate records of maintenance jobs completed

Ensure compliance with health & safety standards on all sites

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in general building/property maintenance

Good knowledge of basic trades (handyman skills)

Ability to work independently, manage time and priorities tasks

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and customer service skills

Full NZ Driver’s License (essential)
