Contracts Manager
Wellington
Turfrey are seeking an experienced, highly organised and detail-oriented individual as a Contracts Manager. This full-time role is based in our Wellington office and reports to the Southern Regional Manager.
Responsibilities:- Office based role
- Admin support for our commercial Plumbing & Roofing contracts
- Monthly WIP 'Work in Progress'
- Monthly payment claims
- Contract variation loading, tracking, processing and submitting
- Job folder set-up, Site Specific Safety Plans, Work Safe notifications
- Support project handovers (including warranty requests, PS3s and contract warranties)
- Health & Safety administration – organising training, tickets and competency registers
- Plant and equipment – insurances and tracking
- Some support for our residential projects may also be required
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, along with the ability to multi-task
- Confidence with technology - experience working with SimPRO would be an advantage
- The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and get results whilst maintaining positive relationships
- Resilience, plus a natural ability to problem-solve in a busy environment
- Adaptability and an openness to change
- The ability to be a team player who can roll their sleeves up and pitch in where required
