Experienced Telesales Star Wanted

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Telesales Representative to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, target-driven, and knows how to build strong client relationships. You’ll be selling online advertising opportunities to local businesses, so a good understanding of digital advertising, upselling, and account growth is important.

1. Generate new business and manage sales opportunities
2. Confidently sell online advertising packages
3. Upsell and grow existing client accounts
4. Work towards targets and stay motivated by results
5. Build strong relationships with local businesses
6. Work independently and manage their own time effectively

1. Proven sales experience
2. A good understanding of online advertising
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. A hardworking, self-motivated attitude
5. Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals
6. The ability to thrive in a 100% commission-based role - uncapped earnings

This is a 100% commission-based position, with strong earning potential for the right person.
