Part-Time Admin & Accounts Support
Manawatu Plumbing is a professional, locally owned business based in Feilding, delivering high-quality plumbing, drainlaying, gasfitting, and maintenance services across the region. We’re now looking for a part-time admin/accounts whiz to support our growing workload – someone who’s proactive, organised, and confident juggling multiple admin tasks.
About the Role:This is a part-time, flexible role (approx. 1–2 days a week) with the potential for more hours if desired. You'll be working closely with our team and director, assisting with day-to-day business operations, including:
Light debt collection and customer follow-ups
Accounts reconciliation and data entry
Creating and reviewing invoices in Fergus and Xero
Uploading receipts and managing supplier accounts
Basic social media updates and content posting
General admin support (email management, document prep, and filing)
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has prior experience using Fergus, Xero, or similar systems
Is confident with numbers, billing, and reconciling accounts
Can write clearly and communicate professionally with customers
Has a basic understanding of social media (Facebook/Instagram posting)
Is trustworthy, efficient, and organised
Can work independently with minimal direction
